Traditional CEF filters have a pump assembly consisting of a positive displacement gear pump with gasket seal and explosion-proof electric motor. With this set, Diesel sucked from the underground tank, represses the fuel to the press that has a cotton linter filtering element with a retention power of 5 microns, deposited in the reservoir with anti-corrosion protection, where an explosion-proof electric float monitors the level of the reservoir.
The press box has a pressure relief valve and manometer to monitor the filtration with total safety. The electrical system is approved according to INMETRO 179.
The pipes are suitable for the flow rates and have a valve that even allows for by-pass operation.

NOTE: The inlet pipes of the filters must be:

CEF 4000 – Ø 1 ½”
CEF 6000 – Ø 2″
CEF 9000 – Ø 2 ½”
CEF 14000 – two 2″ tubing

Or for designers to measure the distance and diameter of the pipe, we inform you that the NPSH req. (Net Positive Suction Head) is 3.5m.
